Climate Cafe

Join the BC Hub of Seniors for Climate (a partnership between SPEC Elders and Suzuki Elders) in this engaging series of Climate Cafes. During the course of these sessions, we will address topics such as:

  • The Health and Financial Impacts of Climate Change
  • LNG Bunkering,
  • Green Burial Issues,
  • Eco-friendly Homes and Other Buildings,
  • Eco-anxiety Across Generations

It is hoped that through the process offered for each session that folks will come away with feelings of inter-connectivity, ideas for better collaboration and a sense of empowerment to address the questions “What Can I Do?” “What can We Do?” more effectively. The Climate Cafe is free. Space is limited. REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Drop-ins are possible if space is available.
