Decription:
Start running at your pace, in good company. This program is designed for adults who are new to running. Over 6 weeks, participants will gradually build endurance through structured run/walk intervals, guided warm-ups and cooldowns, and simple coaching cues on pacing, breathing, posture, and recovery. The goal is steady, sustainable progress toward running continuously and comfortably.Meet at the front entrance of the Community Centre.
