Children

Outdoor Tennis Lessons Mini Aces 6-7.5 years

Start or continue learning tennis in a small group setting! Prepare your child to excel at tennis and sport with our fundamental movement program. We have fun developing students’ throwing, catching, tracking, footwork, and racquet skills. Enjoy various complementary activities that aid in motor skill development and body awareness. Junior Fundamentals 7.5-10 years

Young beginners with little or no experience are introduced to the game through high energy, game-based lessons that use the ½ stage of the progressive tennis model. An emphasis is placed on inspiring a love for the game while building a strong technical foundation. Instructor: Summer Smash Tennis Program

Junior Aces 7.5-10 years

Young players with some experience continue to develop their skills through high energy, game-based lessons that use the ½ and ¾ stages of the progressive tennis model. An emphasis is placed on inspiring a love for the game while building a strong technical foundation. Instructor: Summer Smash Tennis Program

Children’s Tennis Day Camps

The first introduction to tennis is a foundational program that helps kids develop the skills to rally and play with their coach, parents and friends. This course is about having fun, learning new skills and making those skills consistent. If you already know how to rally, this course may not be for you.

Youth

Learn the essentials of how to play tennis in one week! This course provides an introduction to the game with an eventual progression to rally and play within the full court setting.

 

Outdoor Tennis Lessons: Adult Intermediate Clinic (2.0-3.0)

Take your game to the next level! An opportunity for players with some experience with the game (2.0 – 3.0 NTRP rating) to refine their technical and tactical skills. Through game-based learning, students will improve their ability to play within cooperative and competitive settings. This class will be taught by Summer Smash Directors

 

Outdoor Tennis Lessons: Adult Advanced Clinic (3.0-4.0)

Gain a competitive edge this summer! An opportunity for experienced players (3.0 – 4.0 NTRP rating) to refine specific aspects of their game, particularly in relation to doubles. Following a collaborative assessment at the start of the lesson series, a curriculum is designed to meet the needs and goals of the participants. This class will be taught by Summer Smash Directors.
