TLC-Summer Break Week 6

TLC is an exciting adaptive program for teens ages 13-18 with neurodevelopmental disabilities with mild to moderate support needs. Youth have an opportunity to learn life and social skills while engaging in fun recreational activities and outings. TLC is a program where teens can develop independence and form lasting friendships in a safe and inclusive environment. To register, please reach out to your CYSN worker through the Ministry of Children and Family Development to determine best suitability from their range of funded programs.
