In this Village Vancouver Westside Neighbourhood Food Network workshop with Amy Weeks, participants will learn to make fresh kimchi that can be enjoyed the next day or stored in the refrigerator to continue fermenting. This workshop is ideal both for spaces with or without access to a stove or full kitchen. We’ll have a community seed library present, pick up some free seeds for your garden, swap or donate seeds.
