In this hands-on class, cook, artisan pasta maker, and actor Peter Ciuffa of Pasta Boy Peter will provide you with all the ingredients, equipment, and knowledge. Students will be supplied with pre-made pasta to roll and shape into Ravioli, Cappelletti, and Caramelle. A ricotta & greens filling will be demonstrated, which you will then use to stuff your myriad of shapes.
