The class is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness in a fun and supportive group environment. Each week, I rotate the class format to keep sessions fresh and engaging using a mix of HIIT circuits, resistance training, cardio intervals, AMRAPs (As Many Rounds As Possible), and core-focused routines. All exercises are easily modifiable to suit different fitness levels, ensuring everyone can participate safely and effectively.Registration not required. This class is part of the KCCA Fit Card. A 10-visit, 1 month Fit Card can be used. Drop-in $6.67, space permitting.
