Challenging step aerobics with some choreography and strength and core training using hand weights, resistance bands and body weight. Approximately 30 minutes of cardio.Registration not required. This class is part of the KCCA Fit Card. A 10-visit, 1 month Fit Card can be used. Drop-in $6.00, space permitting.
