Decription:
This class aims at increasing body awareness, balance, mobility and strength. Each routine starts with proper posture and alignment, and focuses on breath and core connection (including activation of your pelvic floor). Mat Pilates will enhance your everyday activities and complement your athletic goals. This class can be adapted to all levels. Everyone is welcome. We encourage participants to bring their own mat.Drop-in $12.50, space permitting.Vienna Luke is a certified Mat Pilates Instructor – completing her certification through A La Ligne Method, (All Method).
