Classical yoga with an emphasis on the needs of older students. Iyengar yoga brings improved flexibility, stamina, strength and balance for the body and mind. It promotes a sense of well being. Props will be used to assure proper physical alignment and the ability to maintain a posture for a period of time.Drop-in $27, space permitting.Note: Participants are welcome to bring their own personal mats and blankets if they wish.
