Group Power is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. A full body workout with simple athletic movements, such as squats, lunges, presses and curls. Discover results, discover Group Power! No class May 18.Registration not required. Drop-in $7 (tax included), space permitting. A 10-visit Group Power card is available for purchase at the front office for $63 (tax included).
