Decription:
This 75 minute step class combines cardio and resistance training of all major muscles, with core work and stretching at the end. This “brain workout” works the mind with its challenging level of choreography. Registration not required. This class is part of the KCCA Fit Card. A 10-visit, 1 month Fit Card can be used. Drop-in $6.00, space permitting.
