Group Fitness: Classic Stretch with Alannah

Decription:
Start your day off with a yawn and stretch! We will explore different types of stretching. Classes will include proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), dynamic & static stretching to build strength and flexibility. We encourage you to bring your own mat.Registration not required. This class is part of the KCCA Fit Card. A 10-visit, 1 month Fit Card can be used. Drop-in $6.00, space permitting.
