Group Fitness Schedule

Try something new or push yourself to a new level of strength and health. Choose Classic Stretch, Cardio Step, Gentle Fit, Cardio Combo and many more options to choose from. Our energetic instructors make classes fun, welcoming and suitable for every level.

Indoor Cycling Schedule

Burn calories, build muscle, relieve stress! Indoor cycling is a group exercise performed on a specialized stationary bicycle. It is fun, accessible and effective! Reservation Procedure for Drop In Spots: Call the Community Centre Front Desk at 604-257-6976 the day before your class to reserve a bike.

Pilates and Yoga Classes

Pilates and Yoga are different and yet have much in common with high levels of body/mind/spirit fitness benefits.  Kitsilano Community Centre offers Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi classes for all levels of fitness and all levels of experience.

Dance

Kitsilano Community Centre Dance Programs offers a wide variety of styles for all skill levels and ages. Choose from basic introductory classes in traditional dance such as jazz, tap, ballet, bollywood and hip hop.

Sports

Sign up to be a sport! The Kitsilano Community Centre is offering options for all ages in our gymnasium including tennis, badminton, gymnastics, basketball, open gym sports, indoor soccer and pickleball to name a few!

Drop In

No need to register! Take advantage of the flexibilty and convenience of our drop-in sessions.

Ice Skating Schedule

The ice rink is open from September to March with skating programs and skate lessons for all ages and abilities. You can rent skates during public skate and lesson times. From April to August, we remove the ice for dry-floor activities such as ball hockey, in-line hockey, trade shows, and special events.

Parent and Tot

Introduce your child to active living and learning through play at an early age. Participate together in parent and tot/family gym sessions, where your child can run, jump, climb, and enjoy play gym equipment and toys and meet other families in your neighbourhood.

Seniors Activities

Kitsilano Community Centre has a very active seniors network. We offer a wide variety of accessible recreational programs and activities to help seniors get involved and stay active.

Youth Activities

Our Youth Programs provide a positive environment for young people to experience a variety of fun and supportive programs and activities such as homework and fitness/sport, art, leadership and special events, 

 

Health & Wellness

Kitsilano Community Centre offers a  full scope of fitness, health and wellness programs for all levels and knowledge. Experience the newest in health and fitness for increased stamina, energy, resilience and responsiveness to daily challenges.  Bollywood Burn, Flexercise, Callanetics, Deep Stretch, Mom & Baby, Bootcamp, Zumba and more.

Martial Arts

Find focus and build self-confidence while achieving mental and physical strength. Kitsilano Community Centre offers a variety of martial arts programs such as  Tai chi and Taekwondo.
