Recreational Line Dancing

Osteofit Level 1

This class provides balance, agility, fall protection and resistance training for participants with osteoporosis. Exercises are designed to slow down the onset of osteoporosis and help maintain strength to continue an active and mobile lifestyle. Classes are small which promotes a sense of community and social connection. Space permitting, drop in $11 (including tax). No class October 8, November 12.

Pilates with Ali – All Levels
