This yoga inspired stretch class is the perfect way to start your day! Deep breathing fused strengthening and lengthening of muscles helps build strength, release tension, and increase flexibility. Improve your strength, posture and alignment in a full-body workout where every exercise is based in the core - the natural girdle that wraps around the waist flattening the belly and supporting the back.
