SportMedBC RunWalk10K Program
April-28 to July-21, 2019 from 9:15 am to 10:45 am
Whether you are new to running or looking for a fun way to stay active, SportMedBC’s RunWalk10K will help you meet your health & fitness goals! The progressive training programs utilize a combination of running and walking to help gradually increase your strength & stamina. Guided by a team of trained leaders, you will build the endurance and confidence to prepare you to complete a 10K distance injury-free at the end of 13 weeks. Participants will choose to follow LearnToRun10K, or Run10KStronger (advanced program with no walking).
