Senior’s Strength and Stretch

September-5 to December-19, 2018 from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm

Achieve maximum efficiency and maintain flexibility, by joining this gentle stretch and strength chair fitness class.Workout includes a warm up to raise the body’s temperature and prepare the muscles for the workout, 20 minutes of strength training with light weights and a cool down and stretch to bring the body back to a resting state. You will finish your workout with relaxation. Space permitting, drop-in: $4 (including tax)
