Pilates Fusion – All Levels

The fundamentals of Pilates (promoting strength and stability while lengthening muscles and supporting the spine) enhanced by elements of Yoga, producing a more focused and calm mind. See great results with body alignment and muscle tone. Drop-in $14, space permitting.
