Morning Stretch Yoga

This yoga inspired stretch class is the perfect way to start your day! Deep breathing fused strengthening and lengthening of muscles helps build strength, release tension, and increase flexibility. It is a great way to limber up and seize the day. All ages and abilities welcome! Drop-in $15, space permitting. No classes October 14 & November 11.
