Iyengar Yoga with Luci

Iyengar yoga focuses on precise alignment, step-by-step instruction, and individualized feedback. In this class, you will learn essential yoga poses and their anatomical foundations. Due to COVID safety measures, only chairs will be provided. Please bring your own mat, blocks, strap, and, if possible, blanket or towel. The method is adapted for all ages and levels.
