Introduction to Canning

This hands on Westside Neighburhood Food Network workshop with Caitlin Dorward will introduce you to food safe methods for canning at home, with a focus on making seasonal jam. Participants will take home a jar of the jam we make during the workshop. We’ll have a community seed library present – pick up some free seeds for your garden, swap or donate some seeds. Part of the Westside Food Festival.
