Focus is on breath and visualization as you naturally develop improved body awareness, flexibility, balance and core strength. Learn to work within your own limits at a deeper level. Enjoy the music and give yourself time for relaxation and meditation. Drop-in $13.57, space permitting – see below for procedure. Participants should bring their own mat plus a foam block and any other items they feel they may need, such as a light blanket.This class is registration-only; drop-ins are not an option at this time.This class is held in the Dance Studio. Check-in will begin 5 minutes prior to start time. Please enter the building through the Dance Studio entrance located around the back of the building (up the stairs by the playground) and check-in with the staff. Please be ready to begin as washroom capacity is limited.Note: The nature of the activity is such that you may interact with other people who are considered to be in good health, continuous physical distance between other people cannot be guaranteed, and, by participating in the activity, you are at risk of being infected by a pathogen, including but not limited to SARS-COV-2. SARS-COV-2, which causes the disease COVID-19, may exacerbate other health issues and is the cause of an ongoing global pandemic. SARS-COV-2 is highly communicable and dangerous.
