Chair Yoga

May-12 to June-16, 2020 from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm

This gentle yoga practice for people who are not comfortable exercising on the floor. Combines physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation & relaxation. With practice, yoga may improve sleep habits, flexibility, energy, mobility, and reduction chronic pain symptoms. Drop-in $13.33, space permitting.
