Chair Yoga

January-8 to February-12, 2019 from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm

Gentle yoga practice for people who are not comfortable exercising on the floor. Combines physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation & relaxation. With practice, may improve sleep habits, flexibility, energy, mobility, reducing chronic pain symptoms. Space permitting, drop in $14 (including tax).
