Cardio Interval (Mon) – October

October-5 to October-26, 2020 from 9:15 am to 10:15 am

A mix of cardio training and weight training work every 10 minutes. We recommend you bring your own mat and weights. This class is registration only. Drop-ins will not be allowed. No class October 12.This class is held in the Gymnasium. Check-in will begin 5 minutes prior to start time. Please enter the building through the Larch St entrance and check-in with the staff. Please be ready to begin as washroom capacity is limited.NOTE: The nature of the Activity is such that you will interact with other people, continuous physical distance between other people cannot be guaranteed, and, by participating in the Activity, you are at risk of being infected by a pathogen, including but not limited to SARS-COV-2. SARS-COV-2, which causes the disease COVID-19, may exacerbate other health issues and is the cause of an ongoing global pandemic. SARS-COV-2 is highly communicable and dangerous. If you become infected with SARS-COV2, you may transmit it to other people even if you are not exhibiting symptoms of illness.
