Increase core strength and flexibility with this classic Pilates workout, release tight muscles, and knots with easy foam rolling techniques, and reduce stress through stretch and guided relaxation. Feel long, lean and strong inside out!Drop in $15, space permitting.Alannah practiced Kung-fu Shaolin for 5 years at the American Church in Paris France. Her teachings are all rooted in the classic Joseph Pilates method. In 2022, Alannah took a certifying course Josie McKenlay (UK).Alannah is a BCRPA certified to teach Pilates and Yoga (Flow Yoga), fitness instructor and Personal Trainer, Alannah is a Holistic Fitness Instructor. Also certified to teach Bellyfit and completed her fitness instructor practicum on the STEP.
