Sweat and swing! This course is an opportunity for players with a solid playing foundation (2.5 ? 3.5 NTRP rating) to get an aerobic and anaerobic workout through tennis specific exercises. Each class includes physical activation, shot-cycle, physical conditioning, and cool-down. Through hand and racket fed shot-cycles, students will have an opportunity to develop better footwork and body mechanics, while practicing their strokes to improve consistency and accuracy.Student Background.
