If you've already mastered Pinyin (the Chinese Phonetic system), you can now brush up your Mandarin conversational skills. In this class, you will build up your vocabulary and learn common expressions for daily living. You will learn the 12 animal signs in the Chinese calendar. Pilates – Intro

Provide yourself with the tools you need to improve body alignment, tone muscles and increase flexibility. Pilates mat exercises are designed to safely and effectively condition the core muscles that act to stabilize the torso.
