Chair yoga is a gentle individualized yoga practice for people who are not comfortable with getting down on the floor. It combines physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation with relaxation and a distinct philosophy. With practice, yoga can improve sleep habits, flexibility, energy, mobility and reduce chronic pain symptoms. $14 drop in, space permitting.

Recreational Line Dancing

Did you know that line dancing is an easy way to exercise the body and mind? It's a wonderful way to lose weight and meet new friends. You'll dance to great music and learn some of the most popular styles of dance such as: Cha Cha, Mambo, Rumba, Tango, Jive, Waltz and Salsa. No partner required. Yoga4Stiff Guys

An all levels yoga series designed for guys who want to improve flexibility, increase strength, and relax the mind and body.
