The food of Israel has been shaped by influences from Asia, Africa and Europe. Religious and ethnic influences have resulted in a culinary melting pot. Our chef will be serving chicken schnitzel with different side salads, including hummus and tahini, and served with rice and vegetables followed by a classic Middle Easter sweet.

Find out more »Paper folding has become a universal art. All supplies are supplied for this favorite class. We will also be featuring a Japanese kimono lesson, Come and learn about the many pieces worn and the different kinds of kimono. Special snacks and green tea will be served.
Find out more »Japanese food is well known is Vancouver. In Japan picnic or Bento boxes are featured during spring time. Simple picnic items will be included as we create our own Bento boxes using chicken. salmon and vegetables. Weather permitting, we will eat under the cherry blossoms in our park.
