Pilates is a form of exercise done with concentration and control. It's a full body workout with no impact on joints. The basis of Pilates is to build CORE strength - the girdle-like cylinder that wraps around the torso to support the back and bring in the waistline. It also improves, alignment, balance, coordination, circulation, flexibility and posture. All levels welcome! $13.81 drop in, space permitting.
