Pilates is a form of exercise done with concentration and control. It's a full body workout with no impact on joints. The basis of Pilates is to build CORE strength - the girdle-like cylinder that wraps around the torso to support the back and bring in the waistline. Pilates with Ferial (All Levels)

These are mindful and focused mat exercises for all levels with attention to core muscles.The pace is slightly faster than other pilates classes in order to creat more blood flow and excitement.
