Pilates with Ali – All Levels

Pilates is a form of exercise done with concentration and control. It's a full body workout with no impact on joints. The basis of Pilates is to build CORE strength - the girdle-like cylinder that wraps around the torso to support the back and bring in the waistline. Do The Splits

In this class we will work towards doing the splits. Whether you actually reach the splits by the end of the term will depend on your flexibility, expect a great improvement with regular attendance. Class will begin with a proper warm-up and then we will spend the rest of the class stretching all the muscles necessary to do the splits and work towards the splits in a safe manner. No class Feb 10 and Mar 31.
