Minds in Motion

Minds in Motion® is designed for people diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia accompanied with a friend, family member or care partner. Tai Chi – 24 Form (Beginners)

Tai Chi is a martial art, a gentle form of exercise and a moving meditation. The slow and graceful movements of Tai Chi improve balance, coordination and well-being.
