Pilates with Ferial (All Levels)

These are mindful and focused mat exercises for all levels with attention to core muscles.The pace is slightly faster than other pilates classes in order to creat more blood flow and excitement. Enjoyable, rewarding discussions on a wide range of topics using recent and historical short stories, essays and other literary materials. Focus on one short selection weekly, chosen from volumes produced by experts at the Great Books Foundation. These books ($35-$45 each) generally provide material for 4-5 months.

Pickleball – All levels

This game combines elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis. It is played by 2 - 4 players on a badminton-sized court using large paddles and whiffle balls. Space permitting, drop-in $5 (including tax). If activity is fully registered, a waitlist opens at 9:30am on day of play.
