Tai Chi – 24 Form (Beginners)

Tai Chi is a martial art, a gentle form of exercise and a moving meditation. The slow and graceful movements of Tai Chi improve balance, coordination and well-being. Emphasis on proper alignment promotes Qi flow through the body. This simplified Yang style is suitable for beginners. $14.29 drop in, space permitting. No class July 26.
