Pilates – Standing and Matwork

For those with previous experience in Pilates! This class combines core with leg strengthening exercises that get you stronger for functional activities of daily living as well as sports such as skiing, skating, horse-back riding etc. Abs, legs, gluts, hips all in one class! $14.29 drop in, space permitting.
