Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle individualized yoga practice for people who are not comfortable with getting down on the floor. It combines physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation with relaxation and a distinct philosophy. With practice, yoga can improve sleep habits, flexibility, energy, mobility and reduce chronic pain symptoms. $14 drop in, space permitting.
