Focus on one short selection weekly, chosen from volumes produced by experts at the Great Books Foundation. These books ($35-$45 each) generally provide material for 4-5 months.

Basic Photography Skills for Parents

Practical advice for parents for making better photos of their kids. Session I: photography theory (photo composition, basic DSLR parameters and tips, different light conditions). Session II: indoor or outdoor (park/ beach) hands-on practice (subject to weather). Kids' participation is desirable. Session III: feedback on the practical session II (the instructor will review and comment on 3 photos of each participant), basics of photo editing in Lightroom, Q&A. Attending all 3 classes is not mandatory, but is highly recommended.

The emphasis will be on communications, proper phonetic, vocabulary, and some basic grammar.
